Thank you.

There are few things in the world as precious and as beautiful as a handmade bespoke suit. It is a garment made for you and you alone. From the design, through the selection of the materials, indeed even the weaving of your very own cloth, to drafting the pattern, and the several fitting stages, everything revolves around you. A suit like that is absolutely unique in every way. It is, in effect, YOUR suit.

The amount of time that goes into the making, is rarely less than 80 hours, sometimes as much as 100 hours or even more. This is the only way to do it right, otherwise it isn’t handmade bespoke, no matter under what name it is being sold. Some parts, such as the side seams, can be machine-stitched, but for the rest it is handwork all around. Roughly 80% of the time it takes is handwork, done with needle, thread and thimble.
To create clothing that is a work of art can put quite some pressure on a person. In order not to grow into my own caricature, or even worse, to be forced to make concessions to my standard of quality, I have had to raise my prices. Making terrific suits is what I do, and no excuse or reason is good enough to make inferior suits. The best, and nothing less.

Pain of creation
